TWILIGHT SAGA .. tamat juga..

Memenuhi rasa penasaran, gara-gara nonton film twilight, akhirnya diriku berhasil juga meminjam novel Twilight di perpustakaan PWP. Lalu menamatkannya dalam 1 malam. Dan langsung penasaran, seperti apa kelanjutannya.. Tadinya sih kepingin beli. Tapi entah kenapa ragu2. Mungkin karena takut kelanjutannya ngga se-oke buku pertama.

Akhirnya, dengan penuh harap, sekitar 2 minggu yang lalu aku mengirim email ke dwi, temen kerja dulu di jakarta. Kebetulan dulu-dulu kita suka tukeran buku, bahkan walau diriku sudah pindah ke cirebon. Pake jasa TIKI tentunya… Dalam email, langsung nanya ama dwi, punya tetralogi-nya Twilight Saga nggak? dan ternyata … eng.. ing.. eng.. tentu saja punya. Dan dengan baik hatinya, dlm beberapa hari Dwi langsung kirim buku2 itu ke cirebon. Aduh Dwi.. kamu baik hati deh.. Jadi ngga enak hati gini.. *tapi sambil loncat-loncat saking girangnya*

So… tanpa menunggu lebih lama *melupakan tumpukan dvd dan novel-novel lain yg belum dibaca*, ketiga buku itu langsung tamat dalam beberapa hari. Sampe Dwi terheran-heran, kok bisa sih cepet gitu? He..he.. begini lah kalo udah penasaran. Di buku pertama “Twilight”.. ngga terlalu penasaran, karena udah nonton filmya duluan. Nah.. di buku yg kedua “Two Moon” sempat meneteskan air mata di beberapa bab, dan di buku ketiga “Eclipse” semangat banged deh bacanya, saking penasaran. Di buku ke empat “Breaking Dawn” jadi penutup yg indah buat episode membaca diriku kali ini.

Kesimpulan?? Hmmm…bagus banget ceritanya. Walau sebenernya, *beneran deh* ngga suka banget ama tokoh vampir. Untung aja novel ini lebih ke arah roman daripada horror.. Kalo nggak, kayaknya ngga bakal dibaca tuh..

Oya.. masih aja nih, falling in love sama tokoh Edward Cullen.. Duuuh.. begitu romantisnya dirimu Edward.. Begitu cintanya dia sama Bella.. Walau sebenernya buku ini lebih banyak ngehayalnya daripada benernya.. tapi.. focus on Edward & Bella.. Udah deh.. terhanyut sama kisah cinta mereka berdua *huuuu.. segitu melankolisnya deh yaa..*

So.. yang belum baca ini, terutama yang suka ama kisah romantis, segeralah beli or pinjem tetralogi TWILIGHT SAGA ini *seperti diriku ini he..he..*.

A Birthday Note

When you’re having a birthday.. doesn’t mean that you’ll have a longer life..

So.. in this very short time we have, let’s make it as a quality life..

My favourite bear, Ever after..

Hmm… dari dulu, sampai sekarang.. diriku punya kartun beruang favorit, namanya Forever Friends Bear. Agak-agak aneh sih namanya.. Tapi ya begitulah. Diawali tahun 1992.. kalau main ke gramedia sama temen2, pasti mampir lihat kartu2 ucapan, ada yang gambarnya Forever Friends Bear. Seneng banget deh liatnya.. Selain si beruangnya begitu imut-imut, greetingsnya juga romantis abis gitu.. Sambil baca, sambil berkhayal, cowo mana yaaa yg mau ngasih kartu ini buat diriku *ssst.. harap dimaklum waktu itu msh teenager* Ini nih, salah satu cover greeting card favorit aku :

Lucu kaaan?? Temenku, Dyah & Renna pasti kenal deh ama gambar ini. Oya.. selain kartu-kartunya, boneka forever friends ini juga merupakan favorit aku. Bonekanya tuh, ada yg versi asli ada yg versi bajakan. Aduuh.. kalo yg asli, harganya nggak nahan deh… Muahaalll… Apalagi buat kantong mahasiswa atau pekerja junior macam diriku dulu. Biasanya yg asli ada di mall terkenal gitu. Kayak Plaza Senayan. Tp berhubung belum mampu, jdnya beli yg bajakan aja.. Carinya waktu dulu dimana ya? Di mangga dua  kayaknya.. Atau ITC cempaka mas ya?

Kalo sekarang.. udah gampang nyarinya, dimana-mana ada. Termasuk Cirebon. Harganya juga sudah lebih terjangkau *eh.. nggak tahu deh kalo yang asli, kayaknya tambah mahal aja kali*. Waktu dulu itu ngumpulin bonekanya satu-satu, dari yg kecil sampe yg lumayan besar. Lama juga tuh, soalnya menyesuaikan isi kantong yg ada zaman itu.  Ada juga lho yang didapat dari hadiah.. Senengnya kalo ada yg ngadoin aku Forever Friends.. Oya, ini dia koleksi boneka forever friends-ku. Nggak banyak-banyak amat sih.. Ada satu dua yg sudah tercecer entah kemana… Ini yg tersisa dan sudah dijadikan hak milik oleh Nisa & Nayla.. *ya iyalah.. masak ibu-ibu masih maen boneka*

Selain boneka, banyak banget benda2 yang bergambar forever friends, beredar di rumahku. Dari mulai gelas, piring, tas, jam, tempat buah, seprei.. Dan lain-lainnya. Seperti biasa, didapat dari beli sendiri atau dikadoin sama temen *makasih yaaa temen-temen*. Belum sempet uplot potonya.. Sebagian sih ada.. Tp sebagian lagi,  mesti ngubek-ngubek rumah nyari barangnya. Lupa nyimpen nih.. Ntar deh nyusul fotonya..

Pokoknya.. kesimpulannya.. I love Forever Friends Bear for always, from a long time ago and until then… I like Forever Friends, because they are very cute… Sooo ngegemesin..  Setuju nggak?? *setuju aja yaaa… kalo nggak, ntar dijitak lho.. he..he.. kdrt nih*

The TWILIGHT movie..

Before you start to read this story, please promise me that you won’t  laugh at me. Since I think this story could be quite silly for  some of you.. The story begins when I went to a theater today, to see a movie.. What?? Am I just kidding?? A mommy like me.. I mean, mommies like us *I went to the theater with my friends, Nova & Emma*, still have a chance to go there. And it’s not just that, usually on Monday to Friday the theater is full of ABGs alias Teenagers. Not really suitable for mommies like us, isn’t it?

But, we didn’t care. Since the movie is one of recommended one And we just had spare time to got there today… Do you know what’s the title of it? It’s TWILIGHT.. (psst.. don’t laugh please.. you promise me already!!). This movie maybe is kind like a “jadul” one and everybody must have already watched it,  specially for you who live in Jkt or Bdg. But Twilight just played in Cirebon’s theater for several days.. So, what were we waiting for? So many people say that Twilight is a “must watch” movie . We should check whether it’s right or not. We could’ve been just buy or rent the dvd  version. But, it’s been a while that I didn’t go the theater.. I some kind missed the surrounding, the crowded people getting in line for the ticket, the smell of the popcorn.. And I need to have a time for myself after all those mother’s routines..

So… what do I think about this movie after watching it? Is it really a good one, just like people say? Did I enjoy the movie? And the answer is :  I REALLY.. REALLY LOVE “TWILIGHT”. I fall in love with the main characters there, Bella & Edward. They’re both beautiful & handsome.. And the romance that happened between them were really rocked me. I’m so getting emotionally in there, as if I was one of the characters..  I love how Edward gave his life and took every risk to be Bella’s lover.. I love how Bella gave all her heart and soul to Edward, even though she already knew that Edward was a vampire.

Talking about vampire.. That’s one of my reason at first I wasn’t very interested to watch the movie. Vampire?? Please.. It’s a very scary creature.. And how come such a scary creature could a be a romantic one? I just wondered.. But my friend kept asking me to watch it.. While other friends *who already watched it* said that the movie was very good. And yes.. it is really true.. It’s a good one. I think, I really must to buy the book. For your info, Twilight was adapted from bestselling novel written by Stephanie Meyer. Twilight is only the first book,  and there are three books following then. It’s what they call tetralogy books. First book is Twilight. Second book is New Moon, Third book is Eclipse, and the 4^th book is Breaking Dawn Some people say, that maybe there could be the 5th book. What? There are so many books.. And it’s all about Bella & Edward’s life. Can I handle all those books?

But as a book lover.. I think I must have all the 4 books and try to find the time to read and enjoy them. I just don’t want to wait the 2^nd movie come out (would there be the second movie? I have no idea..). If I want to know the continuing romance between Bella & Edward, there’s nothing else to do than reading all the tetralogy. Lets shop for the books!!
